Push
Let’s
OFF TOWARDS THE UNKNOWN
To reshape our world, we need the freedom and curiosity to push boundaries and openly experiment.
Let’s
CIRCLE BACK TO
Play
Let’s leave our expectations behind and get lost in states of play.
Let’s dream up
NEW ways to
thrive
Let’s map out how grassroots arts, the built environment, commercial interests + well-being can intersect and thrive.
vacant assembly is a voice for community,
curiosity and creativity.
we deliberately disrupt and dismantle frameworks of capital and hierarchy, making space for authentic,
sustainable collective expression

Vacant Assembly acknowledges the Turrbal and Jagera peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters where we connect, play and thrive. We honour and take inspiration from the First People’s deep knowledge of environment, arts, culture, and storytelling, and pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging.
Always was and always will be Aboriginal land – sovereignty never ceded.
