Each bloom is an exploration of the thoughts and feelings I experience within a moment.
The Flower is a symbol of myself and the many varying versions of people that exist. Some close friends, others complete strangers. I am fascinated with how we humans process our everyday experiences and I explore this deeply in my work. When I paint a flower I am able to connect with an experience and better understand how I feel and think, about that experience. I have learnt over time to nurture this process, enjoy it and sit in it. And now share it.
