Space in our co-work space is available. It’s a beautiful room, facing the park across the road. It has timber floors, operable windows and air-conditioning. It currently has four occupied desks and one available.
COST: $84/week/desk

• Shared use of adjacent meeting room

• Access to the shared spaces:

  Kitchen, Bathroom with shower, rear garden and large meeting space.

The Garage
This studio is on the ground floor a the front of the building. It has high walls and a large roller door which will bring light and ventilation. It is adjacent to a shop and fashion/sewing studio. It is 23m2 and will be available from April 17th. At this stage our preference is for 3 month lease with potential to extend until late September).
COST: $276/week incl GST
